What Are the Differences Between the Internal Resistance of Charged State and That of Discharged State?

The internal resistance of the charged state is the internal resistance when the battery is 100% fully charged. While, the internal resistance in the discharged state is the internal resistance after the battery is fully discharged.

Generally speaking, the internal resistance in the discharged state is not stable and is larger. While the internal resistance in the charged state is smaller and the resistance value is relatively stable. During the use of the battery, only the internal resistance of the charged state is of practical significance. In the later period of the battery’s use, due to the exhaustion of the electrolyte and the reduction of the activity of internal chemical substances, the internal resistance of the battery will increase to varying degrees.
